About Me
THERAPIST, COACH, CONSULTANT
Andrea Goodman, MA, MEd, LCSW
Clinical Social Worker with a background in Counseling Psychology.
I bring years of experience to my practice focusing on neurodivergence across the lifespan, from the teen years through older adults.
My Focus: Neurodivergence
You are not alone.
My practice provides a safe space for individuals to process emotions and build resilience. I focus on supporting neurodivergent individuals (ADHD, Autism, NVLD) in maximizing their highest level of independence while supporting them in self discovery and self acceptance.
I am passionate about accompanying my clients on their own journeys to a more fulfilled life. Together we will explore your goals and outline the steps to acheive them. The common thread in all of my work is assisting clients in maximizing opportunities for growth and independence.
My Expertise
I have extensive experience working with individuals, couples and groups, including support groups, social skills groups, as well as groups geared toward the “skills that pay the bills.”
I have a passion for helping newly diagnosed individuals understand an ASD diagnosis. Additionally, I work with neurodiverse couples, parents of autistic adult children as well as with employers in understanding ASD and the best practices for supporting neurodivergent employees.
